Is there a perfect bridesmaid dress?

I just found this adorable convertible dress. I kind of wish I had picked this for my bridesmaids. It will let all of them to be different but still unified... Hmmmmmm maybe its not too late, for my very late bridesmaids. My Maid of Honors (my 2 sisters) are on top of their game, their dress has been picked and they are in love with it. Being that we are 45 days from the wedding and four bridesmaids haven't selected their dress this may be the best choice.

I didn't want to be the Queen Bride, and demand a style or a dress for my bridesmaids. As I typed the paragraph above I knew I wouldn't dictate a dress for my bridesmaids because I want them to be unique in their own style. My boyfriend (fiancee) always says my girl friends, the few I have are so different and not at all alike. This is very true, because I dont want to hang around girls that all talk, sound, laugh and look the same. No one is the same as everyone else, why be fake? So the same goes for my wedding! The movie Bridesmaids reminds me of my girls, they are all that different!
